Hi Sir,

I worked for 11+ years in the previous IT company (PF exempted establishment) and had two different account numbers - PF (its own Trust) and EPS with UAN. I have changed to another organization (Un-exempted establishment) but the new organization created a new UAN (linked with Aadhaar now) with a new PF account. I submitted Form 13 via OTCP in October 2016, and the EPF amount was transferred by June 2017 to the new EPF passbook with Trust PF number.

I requested the current EPFO for a member ledger which only reflects the current PF and EPS joining dates, and the previous Trust PF number with joining & exit dates. However, the previous EPS joining & exit dates do NOT exist, implying that my previous EPS service was not transferred.

I re-submitted Form 13 with "Only for EPS Transfer" as suggested by the previous employer, but the request was rejected with remarks "CONTRIBUTION NOT RECEIVED." I also applied for a Scheme Certificate by submitting Form 10c to the previous employer, but I received a response that the request was rejected due to Aadhaar not being linked in the previous UAN from the previous employer. I have updated the previous UAN with Aadhaar, which is pending the previous employer's approval.

Could you please advise:

1) How can I get my EPS Service Transfer to the current EPFO? Can I do this online via the new UAN using "One Employee - One EPF," or is there another process?

2) How can I get a Scheme Certificate for the previous 11+ years of service? Will this help accumulate my service for EPS?

Please advise. Thanks a lot.
