Hi, By mistake I have entered wrong DOJ of our employee, How I can edit it?

Hi,

By mistake, I entered the wrong date of joining for the list of employees in the ESIC portal and issued a show cause notice. How can I reply to the show cause notice and change the date of joining? Please advise.
