Hii This is rahul mohite hr of the software company.
My question is that , when i joined a infrastructure company the environment was totally different, like they were cooperating with to every situation.but as i joined a software company the behavior of employee is totally different, so how to manage that??

Dear Mr Rahul, as you mentioned previous employment with good environment but present is not well. It's fact of many company's some employees are not same they will ping back you or may trying to do something uncomfortable.
But still if you want to stay with them, don't look after in this matter do your own job as your process; another you can do one thing can share this all to your MD so can you will get some help.
I have similar experience, and now totally situation is not like same as previous some changes can i saw clearly.

Work place conflicts and politics are common at most work places,if not all. It is mostly due to the absence of a culture of shared values, fellow feelings and common good.It all depends up on the leadership of the organisation.. If it is not worried about changing it, then you have to manage in such conditions by following the principle of what cannot be cured, shall be endured and by being tactful in what you say and by being careful whom to be friends with while doing your best in your job.

Every companies behavior is different. I worked in so many software development company and i found different different environment in every company. So just manage yourself in your companies environment .
