My EPS contribution of Rs. 15400 shows in the passbook, but I withdrew only Rs. 9000. Now, it shows that you have already claimed EPS by submitting Form 10C online. Please help me to get the remaining EPS amount. The EPS contributions from the last two organizations are Rs. 9400 and Rs. 6049, respectively.
