Dear HR Professionals,
I am a part of the talent acquisition team of an IT/BPO company. We face a major challenge in hiring for certain profiles at the senior leadership level. We generally source candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and LinkedIn. Sometimes, all the pools available in job portals get exhausted, and we do not find the right candidate. Can you please suggest how we can look for passive job seekers who do not have their profiles on job portals or are not active on LinkedIn?
Thank you.

Hi,
If you are looking for senior leadership-level professionals, it is unlikely that they are not present on LinkedIn or other job portals. However, if they are not active on social media, you can explore the following options:
1. Employee referrals are one option you can try.
2. If the company is well-known and the management is willing to invest extra money, advertising in best-selling newspapers could be another option.
3. Forums are also another way to communicate the requirements for certain positions in the company.
I hope this answer helps you find and hire better candidates.
Regards,
Rohini
