Hi Everyone,
We are constructing few buildings and a hotel in a remote area and we are facing lots of problems with reptiles (Snakes & Scorpions)
We did pest control but still we are facing problems, these uninvited guest entering our construction areas and we are always having a threat, I’m afraid of my workforce as hospitals are far from our construction site, the closest one is at 42 Kms..
Any suggestions please?
Regards,

Hello Mohammed,
One of the sites I was experienced the same issue, and no pest control helped there. The day they do pest control, it's more in the upcoming days, and moreover, creating huge issues in the labor colony or the nearby areas.
Do you have a trained first aider on-site? Do you have antivenom for snake bites/insect bites in your camp/site? Try to keep a Snake Catcher (you can buy online, search this on Google, a kind of stick) at locations where you are expecting snakes. Give first aid training to employees on what to do in case of insect bites and snake bites. Place boards cautioning people to take extra care in areas where the chances of such snakes/insects can be found. Then finally, you may try to contact another pest control team, maybe with a different chemical, and try it once again.
Hope this helps. Awaiting to hear the views of others, please.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply contains mostly valid suggestions for dealing with reptile issues on a construction site. However, it's important to note that handling venomous snake bites requires specific antivenom, not just any ant venom. Additionally, ensuring proper training and equipment for first aid is crucial.
