Hi All HR professionals,

2016 is a very important year as a wide number of startups have emerged not only in India but across the world. Hence, the need for adopting the best recruitment techniques has also increased.

In my opinion, any company should focus more on hiring trustworthy candidates from loyal resources. For that, an organization can always opt for referral programs, recommendations, or consider hiring former employees if their background is acceptable. Posting the vacancy on job portals such as Naukri.com, Monster.com, Indeed.com, Timesjob.com, etc., can also be beneficial.

To avoid any hassle and problems, one can consider outsourcing the function. Nowadays, various staffing companies are prominently operating in the market, taking care of the hiring needs of companies and solving these problems.

Dear All HR Professionals,

At the end of the year 2015, I wrote an article on the [2016 recruiting trends](http://vnmanpower.com/en/recruiting-trends-dominate-2016-bl234.html) which was consulted from well-known research organizations and my own experience. There are some recruiting practices I would like to share with you:

- Social recruiting
- [Employer branding](http://vnmanpower.com/en/employer-branding-fashionable-trend-or-future-of-hr-bl228.html)
- Employee referrals
- [Anonymized recruiting](http://vnmanpower.com/en/why-not-make-use-of-anonymous-recruitment-in-your-company-bl238.html)
- Data-driven recruiting
- The deeper integration of marketing and recruiting

Thank you.

Hi Mr. Yen,

As you are from a staffing company, please share the problems you face during headhunting across industries. Other HR professionals are also welcome to share their views on the same.

Hi Adhaan,

I'm glad to share my view on staffing in the business. As you may have experienced, it's very challenging to fill vacancies at the senior management level, especially in the manufacturing industry. Passive candidates may be satisfied with the higher salaries and benefits we offer, but they are often unwilling to relocate. When it comes to recruiting entry-level candidates, the skills gap remains the biggest challenge we face. Fresh graduates often require training from scratch to meet the job requirements.

I would like to hear more from you and other HR professionals.
