what is haryana minimum wages, there are no any official notification on labour web regarding minimum wages jan-16

I also did not see any new notification on the labor site. Further, in the last notification, the Haryana Government, for the first time, stated that the minimum wages declared shall be considered as the basic wage. Therefore, it becomes applicable to employers, and as per that, they were stopped from bifurcating the minimum wages. Some employers mentioned that the said notification is challenged, but no reference is available. I would like to know if the same prevails or not.
