Hello ... Senior pls help my friend confused me in this matter - Our company has fixed the basic salary less than the minimum wage of Haryana. But our payable amount ( net payable ) to employee's is more than the minimum wage . I want to know that basic salary must be minimum wage or not . We are registered in Haryana.

Hi Amit,
It's mandatory that Basic Wage should be equal to the Minimum Wages applicable for a particular state. It doesn't make any difference whether gross wages, net payable amount is more than the Minimum wages specified.
