The Government of India has notified an incentive scheme for employers, whereby the complying establishment will be able to receive a refund as per the scheme provisions upon completion of the targets defined therein. The scheme will remain effective for the calendar year 2016 only.
This notification is not available in the public domain or on the EPFO official website. However, it is already in force, so the EPFO should circulate it to all complying establishments so that the UAN scheme can reach the desired level of acceptance and implementation.
