Team, am planning for a nesting plan phase for new joiners in a bpo industry, it would be of great help if someone could share the nesting plan currently practising in their organisation.

Hi Sunder, first and foremost, I guess you need to build a NEST. I hope you have your spouse with you to help you. Ha ha ha... Just kidding. Jokes apart.
Few quickies, which usually all have are:
1. Joining Formalities
2. Employee Handbook, etc.
3. Most importantly, ask yourself what you really wanted to know when you joined and it was not there. Have them all included. You too are an employee.
I would add the following:
1. Have the current Organization chart also included in a PowerPoint with pictures of all key personnel.
2. Have KRA/KPI discussed with joiners along with their TL/HR. The idea is to let them know what is expected.
3. Outline a career growth plan and how they can achieve it. (If you don't have one, you know what to do).
4. Arrange a high tea with Key Management Leaders. Choose leaders who will add that "spirit of enthusiasm in new joiners".
5. Organize an observation day on the floor for both ops/Quality on a rotational basis. Role sharing would be great if your HR/Ops have the plan.
