I am preparing to interview for a position as a process trainer and would like to know the types of questions I may encounter. Some points I have considered are:
- What is throughput? How is it calculated?
- How do you handle a trainee who lacks interest?
- How do you engage the audience effectively?
- What types of reports should a trainer focus on?
- What factors should be considered when interacting with clients?
- How would you conduct refresher sessions?
- What are the Key Result Areas (KRAs) of a trainer?
I would appreciate your assistance with the above questions. Additionally, could you suggest courses to improve my training skills and potential certification programs? If possible, could I obtain your email address?
