Hey Chaitali,
At the outset, your induction PPT seems to cover all the major aspects that need to be touched upon during induction... Very good... :) But how about this corollary... Only freshers who have never experienced an induction program in a corporate company would find this PPT interesting. Most experienced professionals would consider an induction program to be a drag, or in extreme cases, a waste of time. The challenge for HR professionals is to take this relatively boring procedural requirement and turn it into something wacky, crazy, and more importantly, make it interesting and engaging.
So in that respect, we could incorporate movies, testimonials, etc., into the induction PPT to let the new joiners have a feel of how the company is... Just a suggestion... man... :) :)

Thanks a lot for the appreciation and suggestion. You are right. This PPT just gives an idea about what to be included in the induction, or you can say this could be useful in orientation.
In the induction, the company includes movies, speeches of key people, flash presentations, and many more things as the induction lasts for 1 or 2 full days. I guess I should say this is a PPT on orientation.

You have done a wonderful job. Do not take any negative comments to heart. A large number of managers do not know the "power" of an effective Induction Program. Therefore, they do not cooperate with the HR department, and it becomes a drag. The purpose of an induction program is that a new inductee at any level should start performing from day one. Your work will definitely help many to develop powerful induction programs.
