Hello,

I am working as an HR Manager in a project management consultancy firm dealing with construction. We hire civil engineers to complete our projects. Can somebody please suggest the way to do performance evaluation and appraisal of the employees.

Dear Soni,

Drivers to measure employee performance are as follows:
a) Quality
b) Quantity
c) Timeliness
d) Consistency
e) Responsiveness
f) Accuracy
g) Customer satisfaction
h) Innovation

Based on the above drivers, you need to design the Performance Management System (PMS) for your company. Performance Appraisal (PA) is a part of PMS.
