As of today, there has been no upload of the circular on the subject matter on the labor department's website. The department's last update was on August 12. Maharashtra is the hub of industries in our country, and its labor department functions in a certain manner. Unfortunately, the official website is disappointing, and the department itself is equally disheartening. It is considered one of the most corrupt departments, with everyone within it being corrupt. There seems to be a lack of knowledge of the law among the staff, with their focus primarily on Gandhi Bapu. The demands placed on every officer are excessive, and the practices from ACL to DCL promotions continue unchanged. Employers are extremely frustrated with this department. There appears to be a sense of unhealthy competition among officers in every office, including those at BKC, Thane, Kalyan, Panvel, Pune, Nasik, and Nagpur.

Do you have the Minimum Wages growth Study from 2010 onwards for the Engineering Industry, i.e., the increase in Basic and Special Allowance for Maharashtra? We need the latest updates. It would be helpful for us to make certain decisions before presenting them to the Management.
