I have started my career in an HR Generalist profile and have a few confusions about the formats to be used in an IT company. I got to know that I can get all documents through CMM 3 and CMM 5. I understand what exactly CMM is, but how can we find formats through CMM 3 and CMM 5 for leave and other HR forms?
Please do help me out.
