Hi,
From the two sentences you have written above, it is clear that you have a serious problem expressing yourself in English. The good news is that you are determined to overcome that problem and have taken the initiative to write and seek help through this forum.
My first suggestion is to immediately attend spoken English classes. However, I am not too sure about the costs and accessibility of such classes in the UAE, but I am sure you will take a 'where there is a will, there is a way' approach to it.
Reading and speaking English must be your priority. Reading aloud would be most helpful, particularly if you have a friend or colleague who knows good English and can correct your pronunciation, explain the meanings, and encourage you to use synonyms for the words.
Expressing yourself correctly has two parts. The first is to gather your thoughts and structure them logically. This is a non-language-related issue since it predominantly is an outcome of the thought process. The second part is putting those thoughts down in words (either to say them or to write them). Most people tend to structure their thoughts and express themselves in their native language and then translate it into English when conveying it to an English-speaking audience. This is logical, but the problem arises in translation because the sentence construction and choice of words could vastly differ in the native tongue and when translated and expressed in English. This can be overcome with regular practice, appropriate guidance, and a firm resolve.
