Recently, the Central Government had given A-1 status to Hyderabad, which is included along with 5 other major cities. Additionally, it issued a hike in House Rent Allowance (HRA) to Central Government employees and City Compensatory Allowance (CCA).

Please clarify:
- What is CCA?
- To whom is it given?
- What are the constraints for giving it?
- How much is given?

Also, how much HRA will be issued to A1 city Central Government employees? Furthermore, could you please detail what other benefits A1 city Central Government employees receive?

Hi, we are transferring one of our employees to Bangalore from Delhi for a temporary basis. Can we add CCA to his salary, and what is the maximum limit? Can we remove that allowance once he returns to Delhi?

Thank you.
