You must have undertaken a case study on Sexual harassment of women at workplaces. A suggestive analysis can be as under:

1) Facts of the case
2) What are the constitutional guarantees for the rights of women at workplaces i.e. Art. 14, 16, 19, 20, & 21.
3) What is sexual harassment?
4) How serious is the malady?
5) What acts, as per the Honorable Apex Court guidelines, constitute sexual harassment?
6) What is the procedure prescribed by the Apex court to deal with complaints of sexual harassment?
a) Complaints committee - its constitution
b) Enquiry procedure.

You need to study the case by yourself in order to write an analysis of it.
