Dear Members,
Remember, Worry is a rocking chair, that keeps us busy,, but takes us nowhere!! Therefore, have a positive attitude in life.
But when defeat is inevitable, accept it with all humility and try to learn lessons from it. This way we can go ahead in life. When no one was prepared to drink the poison "Halahala" which came as a result of churning the sea. it was Lord Shiva accepted the offer to drink the poison, because it is said if the poison is consumed then only will nectar (= Amrut, the elixir of life) will come next!! So we should also gracefully accept the difficulties in life if it comes in our way. Happiness and sadness are both important for life. Be positive, but if defeat comes despite all your efforts, accept it.
Andrew Flinotff, the British Great Cricketer had to suffer injuries but after sometime when his body failed to respond to medicines, he accepted it and said "My body cannot take all the injuries. He then took retirement from cricket. He was an outstanding all rounder and England could win Ashes in one season because of his outstanding display in all departments of cricket.
