Hello and good morning, I am working with a small but fast growing FMCG organization in the Corporate HR dept. I have been given the responsibility of preparing a HR/ Manpower budget for the sales force as well as the support departments. Can anyone please help me with a suitable template which would clearly capture the sales force TA/ DA and other field allowances along with fixed ctc?

For preparing HR/Manpower budget please make a list of department wise manpower along with salary (CTC), training and development allocated for that particular department and employee. The most important aspect that should be included in recruitment cost and future manpower planning so that you can allocate budget for future manpower planning as well.
