Hi,

I need a little help. I used to work in a Proprietorship concern and so we used to never get any Salary Slips nor any Salary Certificates. My Boss who was also the owner of the company, passed away a few days back and now, I have to join a new company tomorrow, where I need to submit either a Salary Certificate or a Salary Slip.

I have made both the fore mentioned and all that is needed is to get her Family (Legal Heirs) to sign the same, which they do not have a problem in doing.

Could someone check these for me and revert to me at the earliest???

I would be really grateful.

Regards

Noor

Hi Noor,

Both the Salary Certificate and Salary slips seem OK.

In case you need to inform your new employer about the accuracy of these certificates, you could support this by providing a Bank Statement. The salary paid to you by cheque would be visible in the Bank statement or passbook.

All the Best.

Dear Noor,

Find the attached salary slip format. I think it would help you somewhat. In this Excel sheet, you just enter the gross salary and deductions manually, and you can also add other allowances in the column of earnings. Please enter your company address and scanned logo at the top of the row.

Cheers,
Dhana
