I run a coaching center in Nehru Place, New Delhi, and have the following requirements:
1. Freelance teachers and trainers to be a part of the business on a pure profit-sharing basis.
- No investment required. Simply put, you will be required to grab students, get them to the venue, and train them.
- The company will continue its marketing efforts via print media and social marketing on the web.
- The company will provide you with a training facility in a commercial complex.
- Training material, whiteboards, stationary, water/tea/coffee, electricity will be provided by the company.
- As a trainer, your efforts will lie in marketing at colleges, institutes, etc., to attract an audience.
- The charges at the center are very reasonable, Rs 85 per hour per student. You keep Rs 50 per hour per student, the company keeps the rest.
- Students pay cash on a weekly basis.
- Two-hour classes, 5 days a week per batch. You have the flexibility to keep batches anywhere between 7 am to 9 pm (last batch 7 pm to 9 pm).
- The more batches you arrange and train, the more you earn!!
- You will also be empaneled as a preferred corporate trainer and will receive opportunities to travel across India and train on a freelance basis.
- For trainers who are new to the industry and require some grooming, TTT, voice and accent support, etc., the company will share inputs, teaching methodology, and will evaluate the trainer's performance on a regular basis to provide continuous support for the trainer's individual growth.
