Hi Anuj.
1- your employee is covered under Esic
2 - he is refer to the penal hospital of the ESIC by ESIC itself
Y
3 - Contract between ESIC n Hospital is not valid as of today not a mistake at your part.
4 - as an employer you deducded and contributed towards the ESIC and submitted the return on time.
5 - just report this matter to your ESIC local office withe copy to ESIC HQ and director medical services
6 - just carry on taking the treatment in the same hospital pay from yor pocket collect all the documents and calim the money from the ESIC
7 - ESIC MST HAVE TO PAY MONEY SINCE WE HAVE CONTRIBUTED

Dear Anuj,
As Dhillon has rightly suggested, you can claim reimbursements of expenses made by you as long as you avail treatment at the hospital referred by ESIC. The approach of ESIC officials are changing from inspection to Social security and you can be rest assured that ESIC will reimburse the amount incurred by your organisation on production of the bills. In the meantime you can meet the officials at Local ESI office and appraise them of the situtation in writing.

Dear Anuj
While continuing treatment and keeping documents, immediately on telephone call your Jurisdictional ESI Medical Director-normally they will be in Region explain followed by written complaint. Use ESI site also to write this through question. If possible meet medical director. Dont restrict to only Local office.
Success will be yours and you will get relief while management appreciate your efforts.
With best wishes

Dear Anuj,
Please make the patient admit in ESI Hospital only.
Reimbursement from ESI is quiet " Tiresome " in most of the cases they don't pay acual cost incurred by the Patient/ Employer.
Please meet the local ESI office & appraise them situation
Note - At the earliest make patient admit in ESI Hospital Only.

Hi,
As a regular practice the patient will be discharged as per the doctors advice, for dressing and tablets he may visit the dispensary.
As informed by you for another surgery he has to visit again the dispensary and take referel letter to the hospital (approved by ESI).
Hospitals will not keep any patient for dressing and tablets, hospital has to give valid reason for keeping the patient with them as they will be questioned by the ESI authorities.
regards,
Raja Narra
