In the Times Job and Naukri.com portal, you just have to go to the "Update & Edit Profile" section. Then, you can save that, and your information as well as your CV will be automatically updated.

Even after editing the resume, I am still receiving emails that match my previous profile. It's frustrating when the job email subject line matches my current profile, but the job opening in the email matches my previous profile. :(

Thank you for your reply. I agree with Jyoti on this. Even after deleting our CVs on Naukri, we still receive emails from them. As far as Timesjob.com is concerned, they do not have an option to delete our resume. I would like to know how to close our email IDs from these sites.

In that portion, you will get the option of Active and Inactive Resumes. You are advised to select the profile and CV in the Active portion so that you can get the proper matching job. After that, your problem may be resolved.
In the lower section, you will find the option to Preview and Edit your resume where you can update your profile. I hope this will help you.

Thanks Mahavir, I updated the resume through "Preview and edit resume"option, but still i am getting the mail acoording both resume. I will try once again ,lets see.
