Then what will they do for their bread (&butter)? Just joking. You have to pay to the job portals to get access to their data base. They have it in different slabs meeting to your requirements.

This might sound unethical or humorous, but there is some software packages using which you can mass download cvs from job portals. I am already talking to some of the vendors and I will come back to you soon.
