Posting a job on a portal is not difficult. You would need an ID and password to enter the recruiter's zone of a portal, which would be provided to you by your organization. There would be a link for job posting, on which you click. You have to fill in various fields such as:
- Job Title
- Job Description
- Company Name
- CTC offered
- Relevant experience
- Candidate profile
- Min Education, etc.
Please note all the details would be provided by your organization, so chill. Just relax and wait for your first day. I'm sure your organization will provide you with this basic training. :-)

One of the keys to successful posting is keywords. You have to think like a job seeker who will be looking for a job. What keywords would he use in the portals?
