I fully agree with Gautam on this. The above book clearly shows how we are following an outdated model for selecting students for MBA programs, which, in turn, in most cases, leads to a situation of a total mismatch between what the MBA wants and what the industry needs. It is an eye-opener!
With my long experience in both industry and academics, when I read that book, I felt as if it was I myself writing those words, though I could never write so beautifully. A must-read for all who claim to be involved with management education in India.
