I have developed a six-point Likert scale to measure job satisfaction. I have collected the questionnaires. Which statistical techniques can I use in this case? Does anyone have Excel files that have this analysis?

Thank you for the query. How many questionnaires have you received? Why have you conducted the survey? If you are a student, which course are you pursuing, where, and in what mode? What are the objectives of the study? Do you have any hypotheses to prove?

I have received ten responses. I am currently doing a course in Human Resources. The objective of the study is to provide solutions to organizational problems using statistical techniques. The hypothesis is that job stress leads to job dissatisfaction.

With 10 responses you cannot apply any statistical tests. You need a min of 30. You can only display the responses in the form of a table. Even undergraduates are expected to do better than that.

No, not for statistical tests. Please refer to a book on statistics or 7.1.4. What are confidence intervals?.
