I am working on a thesis on employee engagement, i am a bit confused about analysing the levels of engagement based on the results i got from a five point likert scale. The questions i have to measure engagement are 14 questions---how do i distribute my respondents into wether they are actively engaged or otherwise? for example if out of 70 my total is 45----what level of engagement does that fall in?
