Please let me know if an employee joined in the month of Nov 2008 and resigned in May '11, does he get earned leave encashment for the period from Nov '08 to Nov '09 as per the Andhra Pradesh Shops & Establishments Act.

Dear all,
After completion of two months from the date of resignation, one can withdraw their deposit amounts from both EPF and EPS together with interest. After completing nine years and six months of service, one can withdraw their deposit amount from EPF only. The EPS amount cannot be withdrawn. Pension can be drawn after reaching the age of 58.
