How do employees have discussions with senior management?

I've looked at Town Hall Meetings and Skip-Level Meetings. Please suggest other ways to meet with senior leadership or get in touch with the manager's manager... please answer asap... need urgent help!!

I suggest an open communication meeting scheduled at the beginning of the week. I also suggest that senior management refrain from reflecting their superiority while having open discussions with any employee(s).

Please consider the following suggestions:

If you are trying to reach out to them, we believe you have a strong reason and a concern to appeal, use an open-door policy. If it is confidential, email them on their ID, initially requesting their time to discuss. At the meeting, explain your concern. There must be an open-door policy in your organization. Avail that as a last resort when you want the senior officials to respond.

In case you are looking for visibility to the officials and learning while interacting with them, try responding to their blogs regularly. They will take notice depending on the contribution you make. Volunteer for programs other than work. It brings leadership capabilities and community service. This is the best way to showcase your talent along with your performance at the job.

Get referred to them by their favorites. It's easy to spot the power centers and their influencers. Work to create an impression on the influencer. Any reference from them would impact your visibility to the leader you are trying to reach.

Do you have the option to be a part of your organization's newsletter? Generally, everyone in the organization notices that newsletter team. In case your company doesn't have one, volunteer to start it along with the HR and other members.

Offer training and other empowerment programs to the teams. One who contributes to others' success is remembered by all.

Please make sure you have worked enough to hold onto the visibility, or else you will fade faster than you appear.

In some offices, there will be an open interview fixed for any day of the week at a specific time (e.g., every Monday from 10:30 to 12:00). During this time, anyone can approach without a prior appointment, and there is no need to follow the proper channel of approach. In this open interview, the concerned employee can convey grievances, suggestions, advice, or complaints to the top boss. The boss will then take appropriate action after analyzing the issues. If no action is required, that will also be conveyed to the employee on the specific day when they were called in.

This approach was successful in my office (in defense) from 1999 to 2001 during my tenure there.

Thank you for the suggestions. I am asking for various alternatives to suggest them to my mentor for project work. I was looking for some more platforms/avenues for employees to communicate with the senior management excluding their direct reports.
