I am new to this Forum and wanted to know how can we control NCNS cases in BPO industry. Can any expert help me on the below questions.
Questionnaire:
1. Why do employees leave uninformed?
2. What is the most frustrating thing you feel about absconding employees?

3. What can be done if an employee takes along with him/ her company property when he leaves uninformed?

4. Can you suggest some solution for the absconding employees ?

Questionnaire:

1. Why do employees leave uninformed?

--> Reason is is depends upon age also, as BPO has 19 - 30 age crowd. they do not have much into career. What you can do is have 1 on 1 session with employee , Skip level with Process Owner or Coffee with Manager check whether what is the crowd expecting

2. What is the most frustrating thing you feel about absconding employees?

--> Are you getting frustrated. In any BPO absconding cases will be the highest into attrition.

3. What can be done if an employee takes along with him/ her company property when he leaves uninformed?

--> 1st define company property : ID card, Headset, Mouse or anything Apart from this three you can ask employee to come to office & met or send a documented letter.

4. Can you suggest some solution for the absconding employees ?

--> Activities, Games, One - One, IJP's , Contest etc

5. On an average how much do you cost monetary on absconding employee?

No one will inform you but average attrition will be 6-9 %
