I am working in a proprietary concern. I have to produce my pay slip to the bank for some personal reasons. I normally receive the salary without payslip. I want a pay slip format. Can u kindly guide me in formatting pay slip for my salary.

Firstly, your docs are very useful, and thanks for that. I have worked for an SME two years before where I used to receive the salary directly in hand and travel allowance in hand. The company didn't have any payslip or PF system.
Now, my new recruiter is asking for a breakup of the entire CTC. I can obtain the same from my old recruiter, but I don't know how to do it. Can you assist me accordingly, please? ASAP.
