The shortest way is to hire from colleges, by which you can get a number of freshers in a single day with no cost involved. Depending on your requirements, you may choose whether you want to recruit from general colleges or MBA/Engineering institutes.

Thank you for your reply. I would like to confirm one more thing: if a company wishes to hire freshers from college but does not intend to provide them with any compensation. This means that the company is offering training alongside job placement without any payment during the training period. Additionally, there is a requirement for the freshers to sign a 2-year bond. Do you believe freshers would be willing to accept these conditions? Will the college allow the company to proceed with the recruitment process?
