Training Needs Identification: Identify the various training needs of the organization.

Training Needs Analysis: After identifying the needs, analyze them. Find the pros and cons of all the needs.

Assessment of Training Needs: Find out which of the needs can be implemented in the organization and implement one of them.

Training Needs Evaluation: Then evaluate the implemented need and gather 360-degree feedback. If any defects are found, change the need; otherwise, modify it. You can also prepare a questionnaire.
