It was a great expression of thought, but what is seen majorly in big organizations is that the person who follows everything correctly is the one who suffers with promotions, rewards, and recognitions. I related it to that situation and I found it the best PPT.

Thanks for sharing!

Courage is a hard thing to figure. You can have courage based on a dumb idea or mistake, but you're not supposed to question adults, your coach, or your teacher because they make the rules. Maybe they know best, but maybe they don’t.

It all depends on who you are and where you come from. Didn’t at least one of the six hundred guys think about giving up and joining the other side?

I mean, the valley of death, that's pretty salty stuff. That's why courage is tricky. Should you always do what others tell you to do?

Sometimes you might not even know why you’re doing something. I mean, any fool can have courage. But honor, that’s the real reason you either do something or you don’t. It’s who you are, maybe who you want to be.

If you die trying for something important, that's when you have both honor and courage, and that's pretty good. You should hope for courage and strive for honor. And maybe even pray that the people telling you what to do have some too.

Dear Khedkar,

Very, very good! Thank you a lot. In many situations, people tend to make the most convenient decision, knowing very well that it is not the correct decision. Expediency often proves to be very costly. Great job! Kudos: KK

Hi Prafulla,

That's an amazing PowerPoint presentation. Excellent food for thought. However, in a situation like the one which was shown in the presentation, one has to make a quick decision, and very often the time needed to analyze the situation is just not there. Therefore, decisions that are made could eventually be wrong, but one cannot blame oneself.

However, when you have the time to think things through and analyze the situation, this presentation is very helpful, i.e., to keep in mind the end effect of our decisions and to avoid making snap decisions.

MaryAnn

Hi,

Thanks for sharing. However, I think that most people would refuse to make a decision in this situation because the moral dilemma is so significant. How do you deal with people who refuse to take the responsibility to make decisions?

Very good decision. Mistakes happen to every person. They should be analyzed before making a decision. Your PPT will surely help to think before...

Thanks for the right PPT at the right time.

Dear Mr. Prafulla Khedkar,

Thank you very much for sharing such a thought-provoking PPP. It is really good. The point which was possibly deliberately ignored is that the train makes so much noise, and its siren can be blown at a very high pitch. This would make it impossible for all the children playing on the railway track not to notice it coming, unless everybody is deaf and dumb. In fact, the children would scatter like kites to the side and save themselves. Therefore, diverting the train to an unsafe track is by no means a wise decision.

Very good PPP, and thank you very much.
