1.ask ur team to list the activities they spend across in a day
2.rate them on priority of improtance and unavoidble wasteage
3.plan an action programe to utilise the best and reduce the redundant
4.request them to give a sensible re-think to their time attitude
5.the secret of time management successfully by not utilising it completly but by reducing the wastage of it
