I have almost 4 year of experience in hard core requirement. I wanna know more about Pf/ESI and labour laws. Please help and lemme know where i can get the good knowledge about this. or lemme know some Books or websites where i can study this all.

  • HR Laws checklist needs to be updated with latest amemdments, e.g. ESI limit is now 15000/- per month and Bonus limit is 10000/- per month. Also the base amounts of calculating bonus has been changed. Otherwise in general a good checklist at glance.
