So. can u suggest me that in which course i have to do to learn more in above topics or it can be receive only after experience? i have started PGDHRM Course in Symbiosis

I think the above course is good. You will learn about the salary and people management as part of the course.
Also, i would suggest you to read more about 'employee self service' (ESS) as it will help you to learn the real life concepts.

I am working in plastic industry mafacturing unit as an unorganised sector, since last 18 years as manager operation, they paying my salary in cash and they not provided any salary proof. I want to leave the job my qualification is b com, llb, diploma in labour law and labour welfare. I have a good knowledge in labour law. My age is 40 . Plase senours kindly advise me what should i do in my future.e. I am totally confused in my carries . I am not satisfied with my. Present job i am intersted in h.r. Or labour law copliance executive. Plese help.......
