With reference to your,
"Though the answer is almost knwon but its required to be confirmed..."; could you please provide what YOUR answers are ??
Then only it can be "CONFIRMED".

Raj Kumar has given an apt answer to your query. In addition, I would add that instead of writing a long response try to draw a Venn diagram depicting how the four terms are related.

Does it mean that all these 4 terms are same........ mean the same thing....... means the steps followed to to solve a grievance/complain/ dissatisfaction....?

Dear snowhite
You have not come out with the 'answers' as you understand them; you have only rephrased your question.
How can all these terms "mean the same thing" ?
For a layman such terms mean the same, but for a professionl every such term has a very specific meaning.
I think this was the reason the question was asked in the Interview; to assess your proficiency level. A beginner would be floored by this question, but an expert can provide a week's course in explaining these terms; especially now with the Amendment in Industrial Disputes Act and insertion of Section 9C under Chapter IIB.
The terms are different but related to each other - that is why you were suggested to draw a venn diagram to understand the relationship.
Please do give it a try - it should be interesting to do so.
@ M. Peer Mohamed Sardhar;
Dear Sir, thanks for your appreciation.
In the given situation, I feel that guiding the person in discovering and acquiring a clear concept would be more effective than just doling out an answer (which he might forget within a week).
Warm regards.

Dear Snowwhite,
I am no HR expert. However, I have learnt how to search for any information I require using Google. Then read the necessary material, digest and synthsise the info to answer queries. I suggest that you do the same.
Raj Kumar has given you a pointer as to what to search for. I precisely did that and found a website where I could gather the difference between Grievance Procedure and Grievance Redressal Procedure, which is a subset of the former.
I hope this response motivates you to explore for yourself and then post your answer for coments.
Have a lovely day.
