- **Goal 2:** Fill all vacancies within 60 days from the resource request approval, etc.
Area: Training
- **Goal 1:** Prepare a training needs analysis plan by the 1st quarter.
- **Goal 2:** Prepare a training calendar by the 1st quarter.
