Hi Pandit,

It's great news that you have shared with us. The government of India is doing a great job in such things. Voter cards, passbooks, etc., are very important for the identification of a particular person. Anyway, the government of India has started a new project called Unique Identification Number, which will be very useful when one loses such items. It will soon commence either this year or the coming year. The said project is being handled by Infosys company. Anyway, good news, Mr. Pandit.

Hi Pandit,

It is good that you have displayed your social responsibility. We are working on this enormous project called the Constitution Reforms Act. I am enclosing the Word document which is a model for legislative drafting, which in other words means not a law but a piece of legislative drafting containing certain amendments to the Indian Constitution that will go a long way in bringing fresh blood into politics. Also, along with that, you can have the Personal Insolvency Act and the revised Civil Procedure Code, 2009, which removed many provisions that were kept in the old Civil Procedure Code, 1908, belonging to the British era without being removed despite being futile for the present day.

Have a glance at THE CONSTITUTION REFORMS ACT.doc attached herewith. Please note that these are mere legislative drafts, not existing laws; none shall be presented in courts.

Regards,
Chandrasekhar.

Dear all,

Another piece of legislative drafting - CENTRAL BUREAU OF INQUIRY AND INVESTIGATION ACT. I hope you will review it. Please note that none of these legislations are existing laws; they are just legislative drafts and shall not be presented in court.

Regards,
Chandrasekhar.

Dear all,

Another piece of legislative drafting regarding the Personal Insolvency Act. I hope you will take the time to review it. The other laws are merely revised pieces of existing legislation and should not be considered suitable for presentation in courts.

Regards,
Chandrasekhar.
