Fame achieved through success is one of the easiest ways of enjoying love from people without putting effort to win anyone's love. In fact, the alternate route to love is success.

Dear All,
My husband worked with XYZ for about 2 years. He was the best performer in Sales and independently handled the Preowned car section. He then received a better offer as the salary increment did not meet his expectations. He informed his immediate supervisor about the opportunity and asked if a 15-day notice period would be sufficient to leave the company amicably. The supervisor agreed. He smoothly transitioned his duties until the last day of the notice period and also sent email reminders to the supervisor asking for any pending issues that needed attention before his departure. He received no replies. After he left and joined another company, his supervisor at XYZ began raising various issues that were delayed from the workshop or due to customer dissatisfaction, even though he had already addressed the concerns with the customer, who did not wish to cooperate further due to the delays.
In my opinion, management should recognize that customer satisfaction is beyond our control, and no one should be penalized for it.
XYZ has withheld his salary for August 2011 and his incentives for June, July, and August, totaling approximately 1 lakh rupees. I am concerned that the organization is attempting to find reasons to avoid paying him.
I seek your valuable advice as my husband is experiencing emotional and mental distress due to the financial difficulties caused by not receiving his salary from the current company either.
Please advise.
