Furthermore, you can divide the entire HR function into small segments, including recruitment, offers, referral checks, onboarding, joining formalities, induction, probation/confirmation, appraisals, training and development, compensation and benefits, as well as HR policy formulation and implementation.
Gradually, you can develop forms and standardize all activities. Continuously explore CITEHR; you will undoubtedly find a lot of valuable resources, as it has been a guide for me as well.
Subsequently, you can align your Key Result Areas (KRAs) according to your company's size, type, nature of business, or by referencing any information on previous practices. Initially, you must identify the company's HR requirements that need fulfillment, and then prioritize your actions accordingly.
You will need strong analytical skills and a good deal of common sense. For statutory compliances, you can always seek guidance from senior professionals on CITEHR.
