Hi Mr. Akshay,
Is it a Pharma Marketing Company or Manufacturing Company you are working for? In the case of marketing, you will have to be precise in employee contracting or off-role employee policies; you should also be clear about the jurisdiction of courts, etc.
Because it's union-driven, you will have to provide details for each policy and bylaws. The policies do not differ much from the regular IT company policies, which are already posted on CITEHR. You will have to make a few modifications regarding the time and days of work, as well as the nature of the job. Other than that, I think all other aspects are the same as industry standards.
