Hi all,

It seems Abhishek had worked hard on this project, but I feel now the scenario has changed, and job markets are again booming. I am not sure about other countries, but at least in India, I feel it is so. HR is again in the limelight not only for recruitment but for retention strategy too. So, I do not fully agree with Abhishek's papers.

Thanks and regards, Niral
