Hi,

I work for a software company in India for the past 6 years. I am a bit confused about the Gratuity I would get if I resign from the organization now.

Here are the Pay details (Monthly):

Basic: 18646
HRA: 9323
Adhoc Allowance: 13302
Others: 2500
(Edu, Conve, Med Allowance)

Is the above Adhoc allowance equivalent to DA? How much gratuity will I get if I resign from this company now?

Your payment of Gratuity can be wirked as follows - Basic + D A/30*(No. of years*15) I am not sure about exact status of your D A. good day. Nitin

Dear Srini, Adhoc is not equal to D.A. Adhoc has his different defination. adhoc will not calculate in this, rest are right as Nitin, Regards, Kamesh

If In salary structure No DA then how to calculate the Gratuity? please let me inform, It’s very Important.
