Hi,

I am aware of a few institutes/consultants in Mumbai that provide training on the SAP HR module. Usually, companies prefer candidates with an MBA in HR working on the SAP HR module. I don't know whether these trainings are really helpful for a good job in the future. Since you are based in Bangalore, I will try to find out Bangalore-based institutes that provide training in SAP and keep you informed about the same.

All the best!

Hi Sushil,

Yaah! I agree, candidates who have working knowledge of ERP have many opportunities. However, candidates who have working knowledge in areas like Payroll but have not worked on any ERP system and have only completed a course in ERP, I am still unsure if there are opportunities available for them.

Hi Deepti,

Can you advise me about any institute in Pune? I have completed my MPM and am now looking forward to learning something new. I am considering either doing SAP or HRIS. Could you please let me know if you are aware of any institutes in Pune offering part-time training?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, Guys,

It seems like everyone is talking about how to enhance their HR skills. I have been working as a recruiter in the ITeS industry, but I find it very boring. I want to make a career shift to a generalist role, but I am not able to get opportunities because of my experience as a recruiter. I would really like to know some ways through which I can enhance my skills so that I can transition to a generalist role.
