Hello,

One small query - please help!

I am working with a UK-based company that has its head office in the UK and back offices in India. However, the UK and India entities are registered with different names to avoid legal complications, even though the management is the same.

My question is: Can the Indian entity use the logo of the UK company on its letterheads?

Please reply immediately.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Garima,

Of course, there is no harm in using the logo. All you need to ensure is that the company you are working for is separately registered and has all the relevant documents such as MOU, COR, etc.
